International Leadership Association Global Conference

ILA Conference

The McDonough Center is an institutional member of the International Leadership Association (ILA), the premier organization in its field. Every year, the Center faculty take a group of students to the ILA global conference. Students have an opportunity to see first hand the scholars and practitioners who are shaping the field of Leadership Studies. Students also are encouraged to participate in the conference through paper and poster presentations. ILA has an affinity group dedicated to leadership students.
